  • Needing an assessment for a cosmetic issue with my car, I didn't want to take my car to the dealership because I knew it'd take me forever to get an appointment and there'd probably be a huge upcharge. A close family friend of mine used to take his BMW to Parm and highly recommended Motorwerks so I gave them a call and they able to fit me in right away! My initial appointment didn't take longer than an hour, and they did a full once over of my car. Parm went over the report, gave me suggestions on what milestone maintenance I should do. Hailee (their amazing admin) was able to book me in within the next week for the services I needed and they were done at a reasonable time and cost. They've very knowledgable here and customer service seems to be their top priority. I know Motorwerks will be my go to shop for any of my future vehicle needs!
