  • Let there be light! We live in a ground floor condo with the only direct natural light in the bedrooms...cool in the summer, but a bit like a cave most of the time. When we decided to add the recessed lights, I liked the flat rate that this company charges--no surprises, right? Well, I didn't need to worry. Troy, the owner, is so upfront about pricing that we ended up doing more than originally planned. He is always clear about the pricing. He communicates early and often. He shows up on time. He never leaves a mess. He is thorough and straightforward. The new lighting is great. We added more than originally planned. We enjoy our home so much more, now that we have more usable (well-lit) space. I didn't realize how I would always end up in one spot so I could see better! Now, I can go anywhere--and did I mention, the closet is fabulous!
