  • I'm absolutely baffled by the 1-star reviews here. I used them for weekly pool service for about a year and they were great. While I started doing my pool myself to save a little money I still use them for any repairs I need done. This company has been awesome each and every time I've used them. Ryan, the owner, has personally come out to my house several times to check on work done by his company. The lady he has answering phones is as nice as can be, always calls back, and is herself informative and helpful. They're always on time. I mean they are just great, the customer service, at least in my experience, is greater than outstanding. Again I'm really surprised anyone's had a 1-star experience with this company, that hasn't been my experience at all. I HIGHLY recommend.
