10 stars by far. I always take my truck to Towbin for service even though its 10 miles away and I live 1 mile from another Dodge dealership. Can't tell you how many times the service dept mainly ceasar and Mary have exceeded expectations on what is to be done, but also make me feel welcome and appreciated. The service director Oscar Palma Sr. is indeed the reason for such tremendous guest service. Very professional, upfront and actually makes you feel like you as a customer really matters. But the reason for this review is the unbelievable service that was given to my friend while he was here for SEMA. His car shut down on him rolling out of the show and with no idea what the problem could be i phoned ahead to the service dept. and asked for some sort of guidance on the situation. I was told the dealership would be closing soon but they would wait for the tow truck to arrive with the vehicle so they could secure it for the next morning. Let me just say by the time I woke up the next day i already recieved a call from ceasar that the vehicle had a bad wire harness but was already fixed and ready to go. UNBELIEVABLE!! My friend was staying at a local hotel and needed a ride to get the car and Towbin sent a van to pick him up take him to the dealership and pick up his car. Way more than ever expected from a dealership. Needless to say he made it to a important car show that day and back to Phoenix with no problems. So in one day because of the fantastic service team at Towbin my friend had his car fixed, made it to a car show and back to Phoenix. Very impressive Mr. Towbin. Guest service at its best!! Thank You.
