  • NEVER EVER EVER USE!!!! I wish I had read these reviews before using them. Every single thing in the previous reviews happened to me. The flowers NEVER got delivered and my phone calls and emails to get my money back were never returned. I was sucked in by the fake promises of discounts which you don't get. I also paid the extra fee for 4 hour delivery. As I kept tracking the order it suddenly said it was cancelled. I called several times and went thru pure hell to finally get an answer as to why it was cancelled. The experience of getting this answer alone was HORRIFIC! And get this!! I was told my order was flagged as fraud because my name was not in my email address and because I didn't sign the personal card i attached with the flowers with my name. Wtf!!! They must be "canceling" a percentage of their orders if these are the rules. My personal email does not have my first or last name, that is correct. It does in fact have my middle name in it, but WHO CARES. Further, I sent the flowers to my girlfriend and I signed it with the pet name she calls me.....pretty fucking normal thing to do right!!! So they cancelled my order but charged me the $240 for the flowers!!!! The woman told me point blank that bc my name was not in my email or on the card that they would not deliver flowers for me!!!! Again I say...WTF! I was told by her I would be refunded my money on 3-7 business days. That never happened. Now I can't get anyone to respond to me at all. I CANT BELIEVE this place is still in business!!!! I have contacted my bank to have the charges reversed. It's truly a giant ass scam! PLEASE DONT USE THEM!! And the customer service is UNREAL! OMG. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.
