  • ok, so I had to correct a modification I put on my diesel Jeep a year ago. Just didn't have the tools or hand strength anymore. went here because of yelp. good customer service, but WATCH how they price you before you start: I had two mailbox coupons and a military discount. so - after ordering a simple install of a hose and pcv, steam clean the oil spray from engine, and flush of brake fluid, I was told the serpentine belt needed replacement. Had a coupon for the steam clean, and serpentine belt. Was informed after, that only one coupon/discount could be used, and that the military discount was the better one. 10%. Ok, I appreciate the offer. I appreciate the ability to use. But, after reading the bill and the $50 military discount: - coupon for serpentine $89.95, charged $133.99 + $110 labor = $243.99. - coupon for $25 off any brake service: brake fluid $19.95 + $70 labor = $89.95. - steam clean: $89.95 - install custom part (hose): $55.00 - $50 military discount. You can see the math, but at the end of the bill is: associated materials $18.90. I brought the PCV hose, they charged me for brake fluid, the belt, and steam cleaning, plus labor. Not sure what "associated materials" is, but got charged for it. DIdn't see it till after. Overall, courteous service, small waiting room, free wifi, water upon request, clean bathrooms. SInce I have an SUV that uses 11qts of Mobil-1, I usually have to bring my oil to the service spot like Pep Boys. Firestone used to be my go-to, but they stopped. Don't think i'll order an oil change through these guys "getting the oil from a warehouse"...my serpentine belt at pep boys was $49.95, charged $113 delivered. Poor planning on my part, but I agreed to all work done, so take my experience and be sure to comparison the coupons before approving work.
