  • I went in to get a fill and gel polish for my nails. The girl who I got obviously had no idea about social skills. My nails started burning and I told her I was having a reaction to the chemicals. She said, "That's normal." I have had over a hundred fills on my nails over the years, and I have never had this reaction. It is not normal. Then she would grab my fingers and start to work on my nails. When the pain became too extreme I pulled my hand away. She rolled her eyes and said, "It's normal, what do you want me to do?" She could see I was upset and in pain and even though she was not finished, she said, "I need you to pay now. because I afraid you will leave and not pay." I have never been treated so poorly. No one should ever have to endure this kind of pain then be insulted for not appreciating the pain. I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.
