  • Awful experience! Staff is rude. The doctor is pompous ass. He talked down to me like I was so inferior to him. Place does not look clean. They automatically withdrew money from my bank account before I ever got a bill from them. They also messed up a first blood test and had to call me back in to give another. They never called back to tell me the results. Ending up going to the Richard Jacobs Cleveland Clinic in Avon a few days later as a "follow-up". NIght and day difference. Don't go to this hack.
