  • Sooo I've raved a couple times about how great I-tea is but now I gotta get real. There needs to be serious quality control/re-training of staff. I live down the street and have visited 1-2 times a week since opening. Every time I visit, my drinks never taste the same. I started ordering 50% sweetness in my drinks and found that sometimes they were still too sweet, even though my friend who ordered 100% sweetness was less sweet than mine! That doesn't make sense. I then started ordering 30% sweetness and still, my drinks were even more sweet than the 50% sweetness that I used to order. One time, I ordered a passion fruit green tea with 30% sugar and it was so sweet I had to ask for it to be re-made. I really don't understand how sometimes 50% can be sweeter than 100% or 30% be sweeter than 50%. It's sad because I no longer want to drink the tea here. However, their popcorn chicken is still good and I'll continue eating that occasionally lol
