  • I want to like this place as it's been in Charlotte for so long. With that said, after 3 disappointing dealings with them, I will not be back. The first experience they were just pushy and tried to sell me jewelry I said wasn't my taste a couple of times. That's cool, I can get over it. The last two I brought in jewelry I inherited that I wanted to be plated in Rhodium. The girl who assessed my jewelry said it was all real gold and diamonds. I dropped it off and a few days later got a call it was all ready. Left work early to pick it up - only the bracelet was ready - ready as in it couldn't be plated as it apparently wasn't real gold. So already this girls credibility is not high. Then I went back to pick up the second piece a few days later - and it took 30 minutes because they somehow didn't realize I picked up my bracelet so they're panicking that they couldn't find it. She didn't even acknowledge she had assessed it incorrectly, then had us stand there while they tried to get their computer up to ring us out. The ring looks beautiful - so when they're able to assess something correctly the end product is nice but it seems their business operation and employee training is not in very good shape. Bottom line - go somewhere else.
