  • I took my family to Cowboy for an early dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing, specifically the ribeye (it was cooked perfectly) and my wife loved her Big Blue salad. The restaurant was extremely clean and noticed the manager being very thorough with his spot checks. The whole staff was friendly and very attentive. Our primary server, Abbey, was quick and knowledgeable. Overall fanastic experience, we will definitely be back!
