RESPONSE:Jessica, we are your customers, Chris and Debbie, Las Vegas NV. You sent me an invoice today. I sent you a response saying it was incorrect because you neglected to show a $200 credit to the final payment. The credit was in response to PP telling us that we didn't need electrical to the fireplace when we really did. The electrical had to be redux, and pavers had to be removed and replaced. I will be sending you an email tomorrow for warranty work for a tile that fell off the fireplace. My negative review should not be a surprise to you. There were several email, and messages stating how unhappy we were.
WOW! These guys cannot get any worse. Don't drop a dime of your money with these guys. Our backyard took 4.5 months to put a BBQ island and fireplace in. The crews show up now and then, do a little work, but don't have the materials, or are there to do something and can't do it because the previous step wasn't complete. Scheduling and communication is awful.
Don't let Jessica fool you in her response to the other review, her two supervisors (quality control) just got hired. My guess it's because of all the complaints and people turning them in to the contractors board just like we did. I have serious doubts that any rating above 1 star. They are likely from their friends.
All complaints on yelp mirror our experience. Just awful. Jessica especially sucks.
I am sure she will chime in to tell me I'm wrong. Can't wait.
Run away from these guys as fast as you can. Seriously, they are that bad!
