  • The good: A great website with the ability to book appointments online. Polite secretary. BAD: I got an out of province inspection done. The technician found that one of my wheel bearings was making noise and he obviously noted it on the form and told me in person. What he did however was write the WRONG one down on the form. So I got the left one replaced for $200 when it was the right one that was failing all along. Made me waste $200 on a perfectly good bearing and caused me a great deal of difficulty. The technician looked half asleep and didn't even apologize when his mistake was made apparent. I'm appalled and will definitely be recommending any of my family and friends NOT visit this facility. You're better off somewhere where they can just fix your car at the same time.
