  • I was in the 4230 Burnham Ave location at 10am and they call me at 1pm. I was very hungry and it was cold 68F. Other person was there 8 am and they called her ate 12pm. I get stressed and I want to talk and vent. I told the phlebotomist How I was felling and I said that was not his problem but the Quest, How they organized the place. Then he called another person who was very rude, no respect to a patient. I would not want to see that person in front of me never. The service of QUEST is very horrible, I am sick I do not deserve to be treat like that. If something happen to me Quest is responsible.
