  • Chad was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of selling my first house in the North Scottsdale area. I was initially worried and a little nervous prior to listing my house, but right away Chad helped calm my nerves and he guaranteed it will be easy on myself during the whole process. Additionally, my house was occupied when it went up on the market and he coordinated effectively to respect my tenants living there. Chad was very attentive when trying to get ahold of him and always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. Chad is a great real-estate agent who is very experienced in the Phoenix metropolitan area. He went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and transitional. I would highly recommend him for his compassionate and determined work ethics, always placing his clients first.
