  • MICHAEL IS AMAZING!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE - Unless you want to pay more money on half assed appraisals and crap service. Michael was EXTREMELY flexible on my appointment time which was awesome - He took the time to sit down and explain every step of the appraisal - he takes 3 hours to go over EVERYTHING which is amazing because how thorough he is. It's an appraisal and a class all in one! I walked out knowing more than when I walked in, which was amazing and appreciated. He wants to instill his vast knowledge of diamonds and gems on others and you can really tell and appreciate how much love and passion he has in this business. He isn't in it to steal from you and he never lets your item leave your sight. We won't go ANYWHERE else for our appraisals or diamond purchasing. Cut out the sleezy sales man and go to Michael. Be sure to park in the driveway :)
