| - I came here specifically because of the good reviews. First of all, I was one of 3 people in the waiting room and it took over an hour to speak to anyone and over 3 hours for the appointment, which there was no reason it took this long. Secondly, I have been getting sick and throwing up multiple times a month from FOOD, specifically beef! Some 20 year old assistant came in to tell me I'm getting tested for environmental. I asked why environmental, I've been tested for that, I haven't had an allergy once in my life and all of a sudden I'm having violent reactions to meat. told her I have several concerns and I'm still throwing up, I want to talk to a doctor to customize my testing. 20+ min later, another young assistant came in and said "we're testing for environmental and throwing in beef allergy" and I said "no I need to speak to a doctor, I have reactions almost weekly, I came to speak to a specialist...."
Why do I need to beg to speak to Doctor? My insurance is paying for a DOCTOR not an assistant. He explained most patients are run of the mill allergies so the assistants can run the tests. But I was clear I'm here because I've already had tests, and there are some serious not run of the mill allergies and I need to speak to a doctor, fine if it happens once that's ok, but I had to tell 2 different assistants no I want to see a doctor. They also just walk in and out of the room nonstop, even while undressing and dressing, not sure why knocking isn't a thing here but I got walked in on twice while changing.
Even while speaking to him I felt like I had to constantly plead my case and beg for certain tests until I said "will my insurance cover those tests? Yes? Then run them"
The whole experience was very poor. I won't bother coming back for a follow up.
