Old, old, and old. I booked through Vegas.com because they had a deal.
This hotel was dated and sad on the interior.
This was my 1st time in Vegas and came recommended due to its history of events.
Check-in was sufficient but the clerk was not overly friendly. My husband told him it was my birthday weekend and what could he offer. Well the clerks response was we USED to give a bottle of champagne and chocolates but we don't anymore. He gave us a $20 voucher to the onsite bakery. Well it's Vegas so $20 didn't cover anything.
The room was clean but had strange wiring near the TV that looked like maybe a VCR sat there at one time or another.
The fridge was supposed to be fully stocked with alcohol l however my husband noticed 5 bottles missing. He called the front desk and they acknowledged the missing items. Well guess what they put it on our bill the next day. We had to dispute it and I informed them they need to have better hiring practices since I am pretty sure the maid staff may have taken it.
They eventually took it off the bill but not a fun part to our stay.
I was not impressed and think the hotel needs a MAJOR update ASAP.
If you are on the fence book at another hotel, maybe one mid-strip like Planet Hollywood or the Venetian. Remember cheap is just that cheap and does not necessarily leads to a pleasing experience.
