  • UPDATE: The Express Car Wash is now $5.00. I am not thrilled with the constant "up-selling" customers go through each and every time to get a $3 car wash. Even though I informed the sales staffer that I have been through the sales pitch several times before, he relentlessly keep pushing it and purposely delayed my entrance through the pay gate. Note to the Owners & Operators: You offer a good product/service. The price range for services is fair. However, please be more professional and respectful to customers willing to pay for the Express Wash! If customers want more services they will ask. This is the main reason I go to the COSTCO car wash most of the time. It is only when I am in a time crunch that I will go here, and regret it each time I depart the facility. Please take note of my constructive criticism and consider another way to make your business be a more customer satisfying experience.
