Our system stopped working, we called customer service and were told because we bought the system it now belonged to us and we had to service it. I was given an instruction to take it off the wall and take it apart and by that point I was upset. Nothing else they can do they said because the broken alarm system we were paying $45 a month is ours and they cant touch it....to cancel our contract we had to pay the remainder time.
My credit card is cancelled and I may go to collections, but this is not the company I had raved about initially.
I now have a box on my wall that glows in the dark and shows me the date and weather. If I removed it, I would have a hole in the wall, so the broken useless system remains.
