  • My experience here several times with the service department has been dismal at best. We have an older camper and have had it stored here and maintained here. We had it winterized and got a call to collect for the bill and the work had never been completed. When we asked them about it they blamed us for not returning a phone call. Then still tried to charge us for the work done. All the behind we decided to start fresh with summarizing the camper and asking about a side panel door that flew off. When I came in to review the bill and ask how much for the door. The gentleman at the counter says it has a check beside it so we must be able to get it...... my next question is how much? He proceeds into the back and tells me the owner says there was never a door there. Excuse me!!! I watched it fly off on the highway due to a rotten hinge. We argue about the magical door that doesn't exist and he takes a phone call. Spends 7 yes 7 minutes explaining tires to someone and has me stand there at the counter. Worst service ever. So soured I will even be storing the rv somewhere else. If you want to get charged for work that's not actually completed and then argue about everything. This is the place. I'm giving it a 2 because I forgot my key card and they opened the lot for me.
