  • I normally have gone to the South Side Works and Monroeville LA Fitness locations in the past, but as I will be traveling west of the city a lot with my new job, I decided to give the Settlers Ridge location a try! I got to the gym around 6 or 6:30pm and was a bit intimidated initially to see how busy it was. However, once I started looking for a machine, there were lots of my favorite model elliptical machine available. The best part is the televisions! Yes, going to the Monroeville LA Fitness has set my expectations very low.... However, every not-new LA Fitness seems to have the same problem with nasty smelling locker rooms and dirty bathrooms. C'mon, guys... working out in a grimy looking and smelling place is just not appealing.
