  • WORST MANAGEMENT!! I've never written a Yelp review before but I had to for this place. Lived here 1.5 years and left before our lease was finished because we couldn't take it anymore. The leasing staff were nice and polite but upper management is awful, they could care less about you. The maintenance staff is extremely nice as well but not very good. If you have any sort of problem in your apartment they will try to half a** it until you put in 4-5 request and then they finally will fix it the right way (I'm sure this is managements orders not the maintenance staffs fault) also the gates never work- so if you think your moving into a safe gated community think again they probably worked 1/3 of the time we were there. Take my advice spend the extra 100$ and move somewhere nicer (a lot of friends I know lived in sage stone and really liked it)
