  • I received a gift package for a facial, steam/sauna, lunch, massage and supposedly use of a whirlpool for Mother's Day. We booked our visit in July. We were very excited. Only to find not all of it was included and the place looked run-down. The lady who did the facial was very nice but I haven't a clue what was put on my face or what kind was offered. Lunch was ok. The steam bath was ancient looking. The massage was slap dab and there was no whirlpool as offered. I didn't say anything to my daughter who bought the gift packages because I didn't want to make her feel bad. She left a large tip but I know she wasn't happy with Mario's.
