  • HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! The worst costomer service EVER. Did the same as another review. Googled flower delivery in Flagstaff, AZ and pop out came this website! $50 dollars more than I wanted to spend I placed an order for my daughter to received flowers for her 20th B-day! They said they tried to call her for delivery, she never got at call. When I call them, they made up some number that I did not leave on the order form! Finally I spoke to a customer service rep and they said they would up grade my order and deliver the next day! I told them it had to be bewteen 2pm and 5pm since my daughter was in school. Today they called her at noon trying to deliver the flowers!!!!! What part of between 2pm and 5pm did these people not understand?????????????! So upset right now. I have been on hold for 20minutes waiting to speak with a Manager! No doubt these manager are overwhelwed with UNHAPPY Customers. WORST EVER DO NOT USE!
