  • This place is so good it has ruined me for any other smoked salmon. Loblaws had packaged stuff on sale and I couldn't convince myself to buy it... Even the discount trimmings at Kristapsons is way better than the vacuum sealed packages at the grocery store. And the bag of trimmings is a great deal when presentation doesn't matter. When you walk in the door the smell of smoke is there teasing you, taunting you...making you wish you had a bagel and fresh cream cheese in your hand to just eat some of that delicious smoked salmon on the spot! Being naturally cold smoked I find it is best eaten the same day you buy it. If you love smoked salmon you must give Kristapsons a try!
