  • WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Don't bother paying for the warranty! It took them a total of FIVE MONTHS to settle my claim for new couch cushions. It took THREE MONTHS to get new cushions, which turned out to be incorrect. Following, they were unable to reorder the correct cushions because the manufacturing discontinued the couch. It then took them TWO MORE MONTHS to settle out with compensation. Don't buy from Pruitts! If you do definitely DONT purchase the warranty.
