If I could give ZERO stars I would. I called in today to get our service reconnected and after speaking to a representative I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said no problem and put me on hold.
I waited about 5 min and she come back on phone to let me know what her supervisor said. Umm haha I asked to speak to a supervisor not you again?! She then transferred me to her supervisor after being put on hold yet again.
Supervisor was no help I ended up hanging up.
My husband asked me to call because he works for sundance helicopters and doesn't get service up at the Grand Canyon. They kept saying that he needs to call n j kept telling her that it's impossible for him to call that he can on Saturday or Sunday but those days r closed so now I'm shit out of luck what do they want me to do? Oh wait they said for him to call haha oh wait they aren't open during the hours he's able to call! Why isn't there a back up plan? Like a simple reconnect button online ? Such a simple solution n no one to help me out at this company. Horrible ! Sitting in a house with my two kids while dads working n I can't even cook for them or bathe them because they need him to call n not me? This is bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes I'm upset! N hungry n would love to take a shower but these bitches have there company backwards lol
Wow!!! I was able to solve my problem by having a male family member call in for me who by the way was not my husband!!! And schedule our service to be turned on. Thanks for nothing Southwest !!! U guys r horrible!!!!!!!!!
