  • Extraordinary customer service. We needed a stove for a duplex that was under contract. The buyer didn't like the white stove we bought from B&B and wanted a stainless steel with black top. We told B&B our story and they took back the white stove and got us into what the buyer wanted. Unfortunately the buyer didn't like the second stove either, so we went back for a third time. Each time they gave us a full refund and applied it to the next stove. It was awesome.
