  • So I'm writing this as I am waiting for my drug test. It's already been almost an hour and a half... for a DRUG TEST. Anyways, I am utterly disgusted by the servicing done by the front desk staff. They are extremely rude. We understand it is busy, I also understand that it gets annoying when people ask questions but this is YOUR JOB! Holy cow. People are sick and injured, and you treat them this way? The nurse literally went off on a patient because he was asking about an approximate wait time (WHICH IS VALID SINCE WE'VE ALL BEEN WASTING AWAY). The nurse was extremely rude stating that if he wants a job he'll wait and they can't give approximate time. The front Desk staff felt the need to talk about this patient (and others) after they walked away. I couldn't believe it. Once someone walked away and she said she's tired of people asking questions. Really?! I will be speaking with FedEx my new employer about finding a new place to do these drug test. I wish I could give negative stars. I am disgusted. Thank God I have a choice in clinic. I would never come here.
