Ugh. So ugh. Total ugh. Worst experience ever. I went on a Friday afternoon. It wasn't crowded at all. But appointments are completely meaningless to the staff. So much is done by paper and the staff seem to easily lose track of items. So beware of that and come prepared to be your own advocate. And the staff training is all over the place. I went in for an employment drug test. I've had to do drug tests before, but nothing from before seemed to apply here. The staffer who took me back informed after conducting the test that I needed the physical prescription bottles or actual written prescriptions for all medications for the past 6 months. Um, I don't exactly carry those around with me. No one told when I made the appointment and nothing on their website indicates needing such a thing. Why on earth would I even think to keep prescription bottles for prescriptions I haven't take for several months? And how in the world could I have the written prescriptions for prescriptions I had filled (since, ya know, the pharmacists take those). I was literally in tears. And then two other staffers told her that was unnecessary. But she still refused to believe them. Are you kidding me? And she told me they take ~200 strands of hair and don't cut the hair to 1.5 inches. Which, of course, is completely unfair and discriminatory to those with long hair. And I then pointed out their own website which says 120 hairs and 1.5 inches. Didn't matter. when you care about your hair and have fine, thin hair that difference in strands is significant. Not mention the discrimination and unfairness of submitting like 4 years worth of hair when that's not what is supposed to be done. Potentially losing employment over the inept-ness of the untrained and unknowledgeable staff is seriously not ok. I would most definitely go somewhere else. Anywhere else. This is definitely a place to avoid.
