  • so let me just say i will NEVER! ever be returning to any castle locations and this is why , i went with my boyfriend to purchase some items mind you he was already unsure of going in because it was his first time going in with a significant other and i was also a little unsure but we go in we get greeted and we are just browsing and we get to the toy section and this employee is on the company phone talking so loudly telling all her business and gossip to who knows who so we look over like uhm..what the heck and she is staring us down made me uneasy like lady if you need to have a conversation it should be in private she was on the sales floor in front of the cameras not once were we asked if we needed help the selection on butt plugs are terrible dust on the product the other employee laughing with the other employee on the phone it was awful then we are pretty upset at this point and we just got a toy cleaner and my bf wanted a pill so i suggested one and just kind of explaining what it does and i know a few friends who work in this sort of retail so i know a thing or two and also do my research and the lady that was on the phone right away went over to the counter and asked oh are you from fascinations... ?? NO I'm not she was quick to assume i was and i got mad at that point and wanted to leave without purchasing anything but my bf did anyway to be cordial but this is not a way you treat customers wanting to actually spend money if i could give this review no stars i would i hope something gets done with these employees this all happened on a friday night like around 1-2 AM so who ever worked that shift now you lost customers and i will tell all my friends not to support such a terrible store
