What started off as a positive experience has turned into a joke.
My wife and I moved out here just about a year ago on short notice for a job. We really wish we would have done more research before selecting Reflections at The Lakes. The location is great and clubhouse area was what sold us on moving here. Unfortunately since then there has been nothing but problems.
We have had our air conditioner go down at least 4 times and at one point it was down for over a week. We never received any help from putting in multiple maintenance request so I finally emailed the Trinity company directly. I got a call from Sabina? shortly after the email was sent and I will say she was very helpful and apologetic. That issue was resolved finally, but I expressed that there were other issues but I never heard back about them.
I know the following things may seem petty but... the jacuzzi always seems to be broken. There is never any ink in the printer at the clubhouse to send off faxes. There are bugs and ants everywhere. The trash dumpsters are always filled with peoples mattresses or even tvs. No one cleans up after their dogs. But what made me submit my very first review on Yelp was at this very moment the water is shut off again. This has to be at least the 7th time this occurred in the last year. Again, I know some of those things may seem trivial but when we pay good money for an apartment and an extra $80 a month from the property for "utilities" that cover those things, it gets frustrating.
We are not the type of people to complain or make a big deal out of things but we wanted to warn others before making the mistake that we did.
