  • I'm handy enough to figure things out, but not confident enough to take a crack at messing up my kitchen plumbing, so I called Samuel Bales. Michael stopped by, I told him the troubleshooting I did before hand, and he did the rest, and explained the the shutoff valve needed replaced, which was a good call. Helped me fill in some gaps in my plumbing knowledge (there are many), wrapped up in under an hour, and gave me a reasonable price. Would absolutely call him again, for repairs or additional advice.
