Wow, what can I say about this place? I arrived around 3am and couldn't walk. I asked for a wheelchair and they said they didn't have any so I walked in and was checked in immediately. Front desk was friendly and had compassion. Nurse came to get me a few mins later after locating a wheelchair so the wait was minimal in the ER. OK so let's move on to the next thing, first nurse seemed a little slow to move, maybe she was new but everyone knows abdominal pain requires a gown. Welp that came 45 mins later and it wasn't even snapped so figuring that out was a challenge. There was a whole team of people who came in and stared at me like I was a lab experiment(hope they aren't aspiring to be doctors) who didn't have any answers so they admitted me. There is so much more I can put in this review but I don't feel like typing all of that but let's just say Metro sucks! They are at the very bottom of my lists of hospitals to go to and I have been to them all. I had 1 nurse that was awesome(Connie) and one who was good. O and I had a patient care tech tell me that it wasn't her job to make my bed and that they didn't have a blanket to give me after I was admitted... Whaaaat? 2 thumbs and 2 toes waaaay down!
