  • good Groupon for this place! room was clean and good sized (we upgraded to the biggest room w/jacuzzi tub for xtra $25/night) - the other rooms we peeked into were small, mostly taken up by the bed, but nice and way better than motel. nothing fancy, but a cute old house with 4 rooms in an interesting location. breakfast was delicious and fresh! **be sure to ask if the downstairs area is being rented for events, because if it is you will not have access to livingroom/fireplace, and depending on the size of the event, it may spill out throughout the whole first floor. when we were there a large event was going on and all we felt comfortable doing was going from our room to the car to the room to the car. also, the event was for a funeral - understood that these things are spur of the moment, but would have been nice to have a chance to stay somewhere else if we knew ahead of time. it put a somber feeling to our vacation, not something we wanted or expected.
