  • I love a couple of the employees here! They're so sweet to me. I wish them the best of luck & much more! I came in for lunch & bought cookies & hot chocolate & everyone was so sweet to me. They wrote my name correctly, (they really care :') ) & delivered amazing customer service! I'll always come back for the cookies & great service I'm always giving. No matter how awful people are to them, they still smile & go about their day. They don't deserve to get the insults & harsh words that they do. There was a time this lady came in. Set them up for failure. She got some drink with ice & demanded a remake because there wasn't enough. It was perfectly fine. She was just a catty girl. But of course they remade it & she still wasn't happy & they offered her again until she was alright with it. I'm so proud of them. They handle rude customers so well. You guys have a great team here. Keep up the good work!
