  • The only reason this place gets even 1 star is because the office staff, frequently replaced though they may be, has always been extremely nice and helpful. And the parking is usually good. 1. This can be a good or bad thing but mostly it's a very loud and annoying thing to me: there are a lot of kids that live in this complex and they run around and scream and are constantly riding bikes/scooters (including in the parking lot) at all hours of the day and night. 2. Frequent issues with the plumbing - emergency water shut offs, leaking pipes (they had to jackhammer up my porch to fix one and left a bag of cement for weeks just sitting there), no hot water for days at a time. 3. For the very high price of rent, a washer and dryer should be in the unit, but there's a laundry facility where a majority of the washers are constantly out of order and the card reloading machine is in the office which of course is only open during normal business hours and not at all on Sundays. 4. I live in a downstairs unit and I'm moving out tomorrow - DO NOT LIVE HERE. The upstairs neighbors will drive you crazy, they are very loud and inconsiderate and I'm writing this review at 5:30 in the morning because they woke me up at 4:40 to have loud, obnoxious sex. Hopefully they're using protection because they already have a herd of kids that sound like a stampede. 5. The groundskeeping crew like to start leafblowing the entire property every Monday at 7 am. So if you're not awake at that time, you definitely will be woken up. At one point I had opened my door to take my dog out and they blew a ton of debris and leaves directly into my apartment while I was standing in the doorway. 6. For some reason there is music ALWAYS playing right around the laundry/gym/pool area. 24/7. And it's not quiet. God help the poor souls who live in units close to that. I live on the opposite end of the pool and I can hear it. 7. Last, but not least: COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES, COCKROACHES. This place is overrun with them. No amount of spraying keeps them away.
