Brought my 2012 Yukon XL in because it wouldn't start. They determined that it was an electrical problem and basically charged me $150 to replace a fuse... Ok, no problem, so long as it's fixed. The next day, I get all kinds of warning lights on the dash and the truck isn't running well at all. I bring it back to these jokers and Laurie (assistant service manager) tells me that they will have to start over implying that they're going to charge me another $150 because they didn't do the job right the first time and that I would have to bring it back in a couple of days. I told her that this was rediculius and that she was putting me between a rock and a hard place and that I was going to go somewhere else. She told me that they have enough clients there (she seriously said this to me). Obviously these dumb hicks don't need my business and for that matter, they won't get my money when I dispute the charge. Take your vehicle somewhere else for service, anywhere else that actually appreciates their customers and knows what the hell they're doing
