  • Worst experience I've had being a patient here! I will never recommend someone to this orthodontist ! The finance team/customer service call center are no help they do not care about their patients there is Lack of communication with their patients. The front end office are always rude , understaffed and too many patients are booked for the same day , which is inconvenient for a patient who is told their appointment is at 10:00 and doesn't get seen until 10:45. I can continue on typing a review but it's just going to be negative. Means to say is I regret making business with Bright now Dental!
