  • We had a horrible experience with this company. I did a lot of research for a good company to do a deep clean that was willing to travel to Surprise. We landed on Happy Home Helpers, because their pricing was the best, and they were willing to travel. The interaction started out okay, aside from it taking almost a week to get a return call on scheduling a cleaning. They worked with us to fit a cleaning into our somewhat chaotic schedule. Then, when they showed up on Tuesday morning for the deep clean, they rescheduled. According to the person I spoke to, it was because my brother-in-law (I was having his house cleaned as a gift) "looked like death" and needed to sleep (he works until 9:30 AM). However, when I spoke to him, he told me a different story about how the cleaner wanted to reschedule because she had a family emergency. We understood that this sort of thing happens and rescheduled for the upcoming Saturday at 9:00 AM. Saturday came around, and more started happening. She text my brother-in-law and me that her son surprised her by coming into town and having a family gathering at the same time we were supposed to have our cleaning done. She wanted to reschedule for another day again, but we were on a time crunch because of the Easter holiday. She agreed to come later in the day. My sister and brother-in-law sat at home waiting for them two hours passed the time they said they would come. After contacting the cleaner again, she stated that she told him she would "try" to get there today. At that point, I was fed up with the horrible customer service. I told her we would be looking elsewhere for cleaning services. She tried to offer a discount on the deep clean, but it was not worth it for what we had already been through with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially if you are schedule-oriented or have big events planned at your house.
