  • I had to switch dentists after getting a new job inn a different area. This place has great hours and has Saturday hours. After reviewing their Yelp reviews I made an appointment for 3 weeks out. The day before my appointment I got an email asking if I can come at a different time. I agreed and sent an email back confirming... No response. I called the after hours number to verify my appt time and everything was good! I then got a call asking to come at yet another time and I agreed because it wasn't that big of a deal to me. I came to the office 10 minutes early but ended up waiting another 20 after my appt time to be seen. Honestly, I know things come up and luckily I had nothing to do that day I wasn't mad but was kind of annoyed that I kept getting pushed around. I explain all of this to warn any new patients NOT TO SCHEDULE A SATURDAY APPT. Overall my visit was fine. The hygienist was very friendly and not overly talkative (pet peeve considering I have multiple hands and objects in my mouth lol). The receptionists were very nice and apologetic which I appreciated. They have free wifi, a nicely decorated yet small office, and a cute coffee set up). I do feel like my cleaning was more aggressive than I remember cleanings being but maybe that's not a bad thing. The doctor is super charming and explains a lot all while talking you like an old friend. I'm giving 3 stars for the Saturday chaos because my appt was changed twice in less than 24 hours of my original time. I will update my review after my next visit.
