3.5 Stars, probably would have been 4 if it weren't for a few things that rubbed me the wrong way.
1. They are NOT affiliated with the Hilton which is just a few minutes down the road. The name misleads you.
2. They were A-Holes when it came to booking our appointments. My sister and I both bought Groupons for the Shellac mani and pedi. Seriously, we had to book MONTHS ahead of time. They should either limit the amount of groupons they are going to sell if they don't want to serve that many or just don't do them at all.
3. This was my first time having a shellac mani. It turned out nice, though she didn't put the polish all the way up to my cuticles so I have this weird white outline (my nails) around my color.
4. My technician did both my mani and pedi. she was nice and did a fine job. There was practically zero arm or leg massage.
5. The salon itself is very nice looking. Though the employees are very dressed down, my lady was wearing a freaken wife beater. Not very professional.
6. I would never go here and pay what they are asking for these two services, $95 for a Shellac mani and a basic pedicure is kinda outrageous!
I was satisfied with my service. My nails still look fantastic (minus the white outlines)
