The cheese is good and ive liked the enviroment here in the past it was fun. I was hoping for a fun time again for my anniversary but this last visit was dissapointing. The customer service was pretty bad. One guy handed us cheese samples with his fingers which was off putting but he was nice. The other was very curt and pompous (his/her name starts with a J). Since when does knowing about fermented animal secretions make you better than others? Either he has nothing going on aside from this or hes grumpy from an aged cheddar that got lost in the wrong orafice. We get it liberal arts is hard but you dont have to take out your AP basket weaving frustrations on the world.
It seemed as though me wishing to sample before i spend $50+ on a brick of cheese was an burden on the employees. If im dropping money on a food product that no one really needs one would think the service would be the selling point. Honestly, ill probably come back here again to hamster the cheese in my cheeks then buy it online for less.
