  • I came into this place based upon recommendations by others. When I came in there was a toddler screaming his head off and two people holding him down. All the toys and the floors were dirty so I didn't feel like she could play with anything or even touch anything. I listened to the toddler scream for 15 min with my 18 month old looking wide eyed and freaked out. There were only two people working so I just left. Took her to great clips and they were super nice and it was clean. I'm not going to sit and watch someone else child thrash around and scream hysterically and then put my child in that seat.
