Singed up for a bundle with century link and direct tv on july 2. It took 26 days, 5 appointments, 3 of them no-shows for century link to hook me up. I never received the first bill. Called them and paid over phone. Just received an itemized bill and found i was charged $20 more per month than was quoted. They even slapped a $16 late charge on me. I had called twice because i have no caller id. Btw, still don't have it. Now i have to call again about the over charge and late fee. I am going back to Cox soon even though they are a little more expensive. I equate being a century link customer to having a monthly root canal.
