I should've known better when I checked the reviews for this location before making an appointment. I called during the week to schedule a Sunday oil change and also confirmed that I could use my Prepaid Maintenance Plan for Pep Boys that I purchased with my car. When I showed up, the person working the front desk told me they did not have my appointment set up, and no one working that day to complete it. We rescheduled for the following day, same time. Upon arrival, I was told I could not use my prepaid maintenance plan. The reason was because he did not have a scanner to send my waiver in so they could be reimbursed for the inventory. When I asked why he didn't call me before I showed up for the second day, his excuse was "well I'm on the phone". I cancelled my appointment and left, extremely irritated and disappointed. Pep Boys, I suggest you go purchase a scanner so you can properly accommodate your customers. Customers, I suggest you go elsewhere.
