  • We will prefice this review by saying ... I'm a girl ... I don't do auto repair very well! I called this Big O and scheduled my truck for 2 tires and an oil change. When I got there I realized that this is no longer a Big O Tires, it's called Hatch Tires. Same staff, they apparently just got out of the Big O franchise. Well, along with loosing the Big O name, they lost the phone number too. Big O took it with them at a different location and when they make appointments, they are not letting people know this. So since I was already there, I figured I'd give these guys a try. Very friendly and nice. Got me in that day and got my vehicle done at a reasonable price. They also gave me a printed estimate of things that it needs. Each job was itemized and totaled so I would know how much each one was if I wanted to just do one or two at a time. To me that means alot. Most places see a woman and try to sell them on getting everything under the sun done if it needs it or not. At least now if I want I can take it somewhere else and compare.
