  • The owner, Patrick and his teachers, Alisha and Brent were so welcoming and knowledgeable. I attended a workshop at the studio for the first time and feel so lucky to know that there is a perfect acro space in Arizona. The studio has firm padded floors, a space for training with rings, lots of arm balancing and stretching props, high ceilings, and a spotting harness. This space is an acro lover's dream. The teachers had fantastic cues and train professionally in acrobatics, making the quality of instruction higher than many other places I have trained. I gained a lot of drills to train to not just "nail the move" but make it smooth and feel amazing. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Acrobody!
