  • I have several accounts with BoA and I was trying to notarize a document which needed it done on the spot, on a Tuesday afternoon at 3:10 pm. The extremely rude greeter welcomed me with "the notary's day is fully booked". Tried to explain the urgency to a second employee as well but hit myself to a brick wall again. Interesting that both employees showed me to the notary across the street. Maybe they have an interest having customers serviced by another company.
